If you see a new title that you want to subscribe to, you can add all the available issues to your cart before you add it to your subscriptions. That way you can complete the checkout / confirm process right away without waiting for us to add the available issues to your cart. The system is designed not to duplicate stuff that is already in your cart or orders when adding new subscriptions.

Please note that there has been quite a number of titles changes / additions in the last Previews, especially on the X-Titles and related character titles. If you are an X-Fan, please check your subscriptions against the latest Previews and update where necessary (For more info check out the Marvel Solicitations at Comics Continuum)
Also improved the search and filter functions for the product listings. Should be a lot easier to find what you're looking for now.

Sorry about the multiple invoices today - Browser Error.
Great news! We're upgrading the credit bonus for advance and prompt paying customers. As of today all advance payments will receive an additional 15% credit and all payments made within 48 hours of the original invoice date will receive 10% additional credit. This is just our way of saying thank you for your continued support.
NB: Additional Credit is granted at our discretion. All advance or prompt payments do not automatically qualify for additional credit.

Hi guys
We've just uploaded the last Previews for 2009 and all your subscriptions from it have been added to your Shopping Carts. Please try and "Check-out" you carts ASAP so we can get our Previews Order in before X-Mas.
Speaking of ... tis the season of giving, so anybody who makes advance payments anytime from now until 25 December will get an additional 5% credit (ie 15% instead of the regular 10%). That concludes another kickass year and gives you a chance to get a nice bonus on next year's orders.

Just got word from our suppliers that there is quite a lot of stuff that will be arriving for us this week (Mostly stuff that we never received from our previous suppliers). In order for us to get the stuff as quickly as possible for you, we need to increase our cash-flow as much as possible over the next week, so we're calling on everybody to settle their latest invoices as quickly as possible. Anybody who makes advance payments during the next 7 days will also get an additional 15% store credit as opposed to the regular 10%.

Sorry about the massive delay in posting news. We've been negotiating with new suppliers on sorting out all the missing stuff and over the next few weeks we will be filling up a lot of those gaps. Hi guys
We notice that some of you are not completing the Checkout Process despite us sending numerous reminders with detailed instructions. Not completing the Checkout Process and Confirming your orders will result in that order getting sucked into the great big abyss of eternal nothingness. You will end up with gaps in your collection and/or we will end up having to re-order certain items that may take longer to get and may even end up costing more when we do get it.
A quick way to check if you have an un-confirmed orders is to look at your Shopping Cart. If there are still items in your Shopping Cart, you have not confirmed the order and it has not been added to our orders to our suppliers.
The process only works (and works extremely well) if you follow it all the way through to the end.
